This Privacy Policy explains how Barrick Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (“Barrick BJJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through barrickbjj.com (the “Site”). It applies to information collected through the Site and does not replace any separate privacy notice that may apply to an outside service you choose to use.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you request a free week or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, selected program, and any other information you choose to provide.
• Website and device data. Our hosting and measurement providers may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, interactions with the Site, and the date and time of a visit.
• Embedded-service data. Google Maps and Zen Planner content may receive technical and usage information when those features load or when you interact with them.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Respond to questions and arrange your free trial week.
• Contact you by phone or email about the program you asked about.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.
• Understand Site usage and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, safety, and property.

Analytics and Advertising

When enabled, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement tools. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to understand visits, ad interactions, and conversions.

After a successful form submission, the contact information you provided may be used for Google Ads enhanced-conversion measurement. When that feature is configured, identifying data is normalized and securely hashed before it is transmitted to Google for conversion matching. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features but will not prevent you from calling or emailing us directly.

How We Share Information

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Site, respond to your inquiry, and measure our marketing. This may include:

• Barrick BJJ staff and the designated recipients of website lead notifications.
• Service providers such as Vercel for website hosting and Resend for email delivery.
• Google for maps, analytics, and advertising measurement when those services are enabled.
• Zen Planner, a Daxko service, when you view or interact with the embedded free-trial booking form or class schedule, or open Zen Planner directly.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, the Site, or our legal rights.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. Outside services process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including the policies of Vercel, Resend, and Daxko / Zen Planner.

Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, operate our business, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. Lead information may remain in the email accounts of the Barrick BJJ team members who receive form notifications, subject to those needs.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

Children's Privacy

Our kids' programs are promoted to parents and guardians. The Site and its contact forms are intended for adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through the Site without a parent or guardian. If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or services change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
